J.F. Carter
With nearly 30 years of commercial development and leasing expertise, J.F. has become known for the insight and problem solving he delivers to the bottom line. Since 1985 he has developed, managed and leased over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial space and has negotiated and completed more than 100 major tenant lease and sale transactions. Over his career, J.F. has received numerous recognitions including Pacific Life Insurance’s Largest Lease Award and Employee of the Year from Dial Companies. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Management Degree.
Ty Fangman
Over his 25 year career in retail development, Ty has been involved with the negotiation and completion of more than 300 lease and sale transactions with a total value exceeding $200,000,000. In addition, he has personally overseen the development and leasing of more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space in locations across the country. For his accomplishments, Ty has been awarded the Top Broker from both 24 Hour Fitness and the Dial Companies. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
John Mountjoy
A University of Kansas graduate, John brought 30 years of analytical and creative expertise in the areas of site planning, development, and commercial leasing. He managed, leased and redeveloped over 1,200,000 square feet of commercial space, negotiating more than 400 lease and sale transactions. He received the Top Leasing Agent award from the Dial Companies and Pacific Life Insurance Companies.
Jessica Cooper
After teaching university-level English for two years, Cooper got her start in commercial real estate at Dial Properties in Omaha. She spent nearly 5 years overseeing the strategic marketing and administration for the company’s development projects and was awarded their 2002 MVP award before joining CFM in 2005. Upon joining CFM, she focused on acquisition and loan closings. Cooper recently transitioned into the property management area of CFM. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in English from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
